Fusion Ticket Solutions has a small but dedicated Development Team that, subject to their availability, can offer a number of Services related to the Box Office Solution.

  1. Software Development.

    Software development Services for Fusion Ticket to add functionality and/or enhancements to the existing Product. Changes will normally be released under the General Public Licence (v3). If of general benefit the software may be included in future releases. More specific changes will be developed and released as plug-ins. Ownership and proprietary rights will remain with Fusion Ticket. Software development is priced on a per task basis and is subject to a Software Development Agreement

     

  2. Seating Charts

    Preparation of Seating Charts can be undertaken for specific venues. Prices are dependant on complexity which ranges from simple unnumbered blocks to fully clickable images with multiple price categories. Note that, at this time, there is no facility in the Fusion Ticket software for importing a Seating Chart and hence temporary access to your site, with Administrator Rights, will be necessary.

     

  3. Theme refactoring to use with Fusion Ticket

    Theming is currently implemented using templates in association with css files. Code Refactoring will improve the theming flexibility and can be undertaken when resources are available however this would require funding and would be suject to development resources being available.

     

  4. Electronic Payment Handlers

    A range of Electronic Payment Handlers (EPH) are already available for use with Fusion Ticket. These are listed on the Products page. Development of additional EPH code can be undertaken with prices dependent on the complexity of the API that should be available from the Financial Institution..

  5. Initial Configuration

    Although Fusion Ticket is Form based and relatively easy to administer, lack of familiarization with the Email, Order Handler, Venue and Event templates can be frustrating for those who urgently require to promote an Event. For a small fee, our Initial Configuration Service provides on-line guidance via Live Admin to get your site up and running.
